Mr. Tegart is a geologist with 50 years' experience in exploration and mining having discovered, built and operated numerous mines throughout his career. He was responsible for the purchasing, feasibility study and commissioning of the Lawyers Mine in BC (Cheni Gold Mines), and the Morris Mine in Mexico (Manhattan Minerals). Mr. Tegart was also responsible for the purchase of Tambo Grande property in Peru for Manhattan where he discovered and defined three large massive sulphide deposits. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for numerous successful junior companies and is currently director of Findlay Minerals, Nortec Minerals and Midas Gold Inc.

Mr. Driver serves as a CFO and director of several TSX Venture companies and is considered an expert in finance and taxation. He is a partner of Davidson & Co LLP having merged his wholly owned accounting firm with them in 2002.

Dr. Harwood is Executive Chairman of Universal Coal and a director of Montero Mining and Exploration. He was President and CEO of Africo Resources and previously Vice‐President of Generative Exploration for Placer Dome.
|Scott McLean, P.Geo., HBSc. Geology, (Director)|
Mr. McLean is President and CEO of Transition Metals and a founder of HTX Minerals Corp. He spent 24 years with Falconbridge Limited in exploration and management resulting in the discovery of the 15Mt Nickel Rim South Mine in Sudbury, Ontario for which he was named PDAC Prospector of the Year in 2004. Mr. McLean helped found and has acted as President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

John Gray is CEO of Verde Resources Inc a private copper exploration company. Previously he was CEO of African Aura Resources, an iron & gold exploration company which successfully debuted on the TSX-V in 2008, and which merged with another west African iron & gold development company in 2009. Prior to that, he was involved in junior exploration start-ups targeting copper-gold porphyry deposits in Serbia and Spain, and base metal targets in Sweden. He gained much of his practical experience as a project geologist then as a freelance geologist in copper and gold exploration in Canada, South America and eastern Europe for Homestake, Noranda, Rayrock and several junior explorers.
